Services Include
Occupational Therapy Assessments
Our comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments provide a thorough understanding of a person’s strengths, skills, interests, and the challenges they may experience in daily life. Each assessment combines standardised tools, conversations with the client and key people in their life, review of relevant information, and observations in everyday environments.
From this process, we develop meaningful goals and practical recommendations to guide support and promote independence. We offer a range of tailored assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments and Home and Living Assessments, designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Occupational Therapy Interventions
Our Occupational Therapy interventions are tailored to each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals. We focus on the everyday activities that matter most, supporting skill development, task adaptation, and practical strategies to enhance participation, confidence, and independence.
For children, this may include developing fine motor skills, self-care, emotion regulation, routines, problem-solving, sensory strategies, and adapting environments. For adolescents and young adults, interventions target independence in self-care, managing health needs, study or work readiness, time management, social participation, and leisure. We take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, building confidence, resilience, and agency so young people can pursue meaningful goals and live life on their own terms.

Sensory Processing Assessment and Emotion Regulation Skills
Everyone experiences the world through their senses, but some people process sights, sounds, touch, movement, and other sensations differently, which can make daily life more challenging. These sensory differences can affect participation at home, school, work, or in the community, and may influence emotion regulation, attention, social interactions, and confidence.

We work closely with clients to understand their unique sensory profile and how it relates to emotions and behaviour. Together, we develop practical strategies and supports that make daily life easier, build coping skills, and promote calm and well-being — helping people feel more confident, regulated, and in control of their routines.

Safe and Sound Protocol
We offer the Safe and Sound Protocol, an evidence-informed auditory intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. This program is designed to support regulation of the nervous system, helping to reduce stress, sensory overwhelm, and anxiety. By enhancing the body’s natural calming responses, the protocol promotes improved attention, emotional regulation, and social engagement.
Through guided listening sessions, clients learn to feel calmer, more connected, and better able to participate in daily life. The Safe and Sound Protocol is particularly helpful for individuals experiencing sensory sensitivities, heightened stress responses, or difficulties with emotional regulation, providing practical support for everyday challenges.
