About us
At Grow&Be Occupational Therapy, we provide a unique and personalised approach to supporting mental health and well-being. Guided by a recovery-oriented approach, we focus on what matters most to each young person, building on their strengths while developing skills, confidence, and resilience for everyday life
More than a therapy service, we see ourselves as partners in growth and recovery. By working alongside young people and their families, we create tailored strategies that foster independence, participation, and hope. As our clients grow, we continue to evolve, shaping our services to meet the unique challenges and goals of each individual.
