How can I be referred?

You can refer yourself directly to Grow & Be Occupational Therapy by using the referral form link on our website. You do not need a healthcare professional to make a referral. A family member or support coordinator can also make a referral on your behalf. If you don’t have other funding sources, we may suggest asking your GP for a Chronic Disease Management Plan, which allows access to subsidised therapy sessions.

Where can I see you?

Grow & Be Occupational Therapy is a mobile service. We can visit you at home in in any of our service areas, and may be able to support other areas — get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible! Telehealth sessions are also available. We offer appointments on selected weekdays, as well as evenings and weekends.

Pricing

Standard Rate: Appointments are billed at $193.99 per hour.

NDIS: We work with plan-managed and self-managed clients.

Private Health Insurance: Please check with your provider regarding coverage for Occupational Therapy.

Chronic Disease Management Plan: Your GP can provide this for up to five subsidised allied health sessions. Please note there will be an out-of-pocket cost.

Travel Fees: Mobile appointments may incur travel fees, which will be discussed when scheduling.
